“Every three years, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) conducts a study which analyzes the reading, math, and science aptitudes of students around the world. The OECD recently released the findings of its triennial study. Of all the 15-year-olds surveyed, the test revealed that Chinese students have the best skills in all the areas tested.” (more)
