Workers with associate’s degrees in STEM fields out-earn 63 percent of those who hold bachelor’s degrees in other fields. As the demand for technical skills in STEM and other fields increases, the next generation of women must be prepared to meet that demand–which means we must change the message we are sending to young girls about STEM fields.”(more)
