” After a misprint in textbooks cut short the time some students were given to finish, the College Board, which administers the SAT, announced that two sections of the test won’t be scored, and students can ask to retake the test for free. The company said the error affected tests taken on Saturday, June 6. Student test books said test-takers had “25 minutes” to finish the section, while the test supervisors’ materials said “20 minutes.” The misprint appeared in the reading section, but some doing the math section also lost time.”(more)
