“Research shows that high school students are often reluctant to ask for assistance when encountering a problem, resorting instead to random searching or giving up altogether, Education Week reports. According to a series of studies presented at the annual meeting of the American Educational Research Association, only 25% of students asked for help after failing to answer a question on the first attempt, and many instead chose to get the answer by cheating.”(more)
